Need experienced advice for my babies

Just got into this a month ago.really like it.got 4 1000watt hps ,4foot metal white reflective umbrella like shades.one 1000 melalhalide(for veg room).the master plan is to veg 1 month 24 plants,then put into 1month of bud room for you got it one month"(1 1000 watt hps).then move them into what i am going to call the Green Mile 8 plants per light for 1 month to finish budding strong in the idea to crop out monthly.any advice would be greatly appreciated"using 3 gallon pots,soil mix(sunny#4)'blackwhite mylar throughout.

Ac? Water source? PH/ppm meters? Good genetics? Odor control?
