Need help about to flip some beast! Training questions before flip!

Any advice on how to train these beast before flip and after? Have any Pictures for visual aid? I have ran just the main branches mainly until this point right now I have let them seat two to 4 branches each based on size about a week ago. Continue to strip and just run the main branches ? Run the 2-4 secondary that just started a week ago and just keep taking the new shoots they form until they stop? Or ??? I have done lst and more on these beast to get these giant stems and branches they are 3ft from top of coco to top and 4 foot across average. Any help much appreciated the branches even this this will bend without snapping I have folded the one on the right down 8 inches and let it slowly recover a few times to let canopy even out a little and the other one to catch up. They are 3 months 1 day from popping out of soil. India dominate but I see the also, it's black gorilla. I have two more one gdp and one do-so-do all same size in coco perlite. Transfered to coco perlite 1 month 6 days ago. Watering 3.5- 3 gallons to run off at 1050 ppm every other day, rh between 75-60 I had it lower but they are transpiring a lot and the cold weather has been helping it stick, I will be lowering it in flower! Temp between 72-82f lights on mainly 78f lights off 72-68 lately. Wanting bigger buds just don't want to miss out on quality or yield if possible. Lights on 19-5. Help ! Thanks!!!

Yeah it is a flood table I have it going to 27gallon totes!
