Hello I am a new grower I started my first outdoor plant and I actually planted it in the ground I'm at the flowering stage I began to take fan leaves off little by little as the plant got bigger as they waste energy for the plan I was told and for some reason I'm only growing three leaves now and my plant is budding like hell but need help when to know when to pull it or how to solve the three leaf issue

If it's in flower, the leaves often are three or even single finger leaves above/below/in the buds. Not sure who told you that fan leaves "waste energy", they actually are the power generators for the plant, and the plant will cannabilize the lower leaves if there's a deficiency, certainly some can be removed if they block bud sites.

BTW, no video, and still pics tend to be easier to see/interpret.

Here is the plant sorry brother I thought it uploaded also when will I know when to pull the plant?

I'm a newbie , but yeah that definitely needs something. Not even close to ready . Look like ..it could use some food , and time to mature . I was told read somewhere leaf finger points was or is a sign of maturity. Maybe you took too many fan leaves off in beginning , I don't rip any off unless they are 3 fingered or lower. But I wait to do that until I get 5 ,7 , 9 fingers first and if I'm topping to improve yeild, but out door like that in ground better to let them fly like an uncontrolled weed. Like bushy big ass leaves are ideal or good.... up until it pre flowers. Then rip them out clean up . However I have one throw single blades and 3 blades and it usually pushes out for me if I feed it more. But it being in flower your kinda locked in at this point . So I would feed it some bloom bud nutes and push on.

There are a lot of good people here to get your solution!! Good luck

I had the same issue about a month ago when a heat wave rolled through. Started getting three fingered fan leaves. This is normally due to some form of stress on the plant. For me it was heat but for you something is stressing it out. I’d start by testing the soil, then make sure your water regimen is on par. Hope this helps

Yeah I agree on the heat , stress, gets hot ASF here too. Was definitely in peak of being warmer when I had them too.

Yeah bro that mid July heat wave took my ladies through the ringer but the plant eventually reverted back to normal 5 fingers fans and even starting to smell.

My plant smells dank! It looks dank! Doesn't have a whole lot of buds producing as you can tell in the photo but there are buds everywhere on the plant just not real big ones and the only water my plant gets is from the rain of course and from my AC unit since it's planted right under the AC it gets plenty of light and the watering might be too much or not enough but it does get good water constantly I do turn the AC off time to time obviously to let the ground dry out but I don't see that being my issue I think my issue was I cut too many fan leaves off at one time causing it to go into stress or revegetation state but my question is is what do I do from this point

Idk who told you that fan leaves waste energy but the opposite is actually true, the fan leaves is what powers the plant.

Nothing wrong with defoliation but in moderation and IMO never anything major after Week 3 of flower, a couple here and there for light penetration is ok.
I defoliate myself but only if I need to for humidity management and light penetration.

Here is a before and after picture of a grow I had to defoliate in, this was during Week 3 of flower and this is the absolute most I ever take off.
