Need help building a light.

I need to upgrade my light but I don't really like any of the LEDs on the market so I'd like to see if I can build my own. I have no idea where to start so I'm looking for some guidance.
I'm using a 2'x2' tent and I'm looking to do the best I can with the little amount of space.
I'm looking for the following things in my light:
Good spectrum for flowering
Maximized ppfd everywhere (regardless of price, to an extent)
Not too hot
And maybe ir and or deep red diodes if that's possible.

If you're going to diy you'll be best off just getting a meanwell driver and some round CoB leds like the ones they use at timber grow lights.

I decided it's too much effort and it'll end up costing around the same price if not more.
