Need help for seeds numbers

Dears,
I want to plant a 2 m2 inside a room and this is my first time.
How many seeds do I need, how to put them, like can I use the whole ground and cover it with the organic soil?
or should I but the soil in boxes, also
If the box is 1m*1m how many seeds do I need to get a yield of 200-300 gr per box?

Can you clarify your question I don’t understand

you want to know how many plants fit in a “2 m2” (2m^2?) space? Or two “m2” plants?

That depends on the light intensity and trainings methods, not amount of seeds. What light will you use

I would suggest 4-6 feminized seeds in 1-5gal grow bags, for your box. and a 300w draw LED. 30w/sqft generally good. If the seeds are regular, then 8-10 seeds In small planters Until you sex them.

if you make one big garden bed how deep, and how much height in the box do you have

What about the auto flowering seeds?

60 cm soil height. I didn’t set up the light yet! Thats why I need information about the intensity and light hight for the plant
