Strip back the insulation on your power cord. The outer two wires will be 'hot' (one ground - one power) The center wire is your safety ground which you should electrically attach to the housing of your lamp.
Back to the 'power' pair. One might be white and the other black. Wire nut these conductors to the like colored loose pair of cables shown in picture one.
You should consider a wire clamp to secure your power cable where it passes into the lamp housing.
Good luck.

So this is the choice cord. Its gots a black, white, and blue green wires. The only thing is the wires are thicker than the wires on the ballast. Is that a problem? If theres not a problem with that. The next thing I do is attach both white wires from the ballast to themselves, then to the white wire from the cord .I do the same to both black wires form the ballast, and attach them to the black wire from the cord.Right? And the green I spin it around the screw ,and tighten.Right? Also any reasn why,one ballast has those plastic orange things attached, and the other ballast does'nt?Is that normal, for a 6 tube 4ft. fluorescent?

green is ground . . . attach that to your housing.

black is hot . . . attach that to blacks from ballasts.

white is common . . . attach that to whites from ballasts.

no problem with cord being "thicker wire" than ballast.

the strain relief (wire clamp) into the housing is a very good idea.

One thing about your pigtail (thats the cord). ... there will be a wire with ribs down it..on the coating or sheathing... thats the neutral or white wire. It links to the cord end with the bigger blade.. put that with the white wire off the ballast. And yes i am a master electrican... just not a master grower... yet
good luck

Ok is this koo?I taped the green wire tip,and screwed it onto the metal .The cord had 7 wires inside each wire,so I attached 3 to 1 black, and 4 to the other black(ballast wire).I did the same with the white wires, and taped them.

You tell us.
Plug it in and look for light emanating from the long tubes.
Looks like you have great mechanical skills.
Next time simply connect all of the conductors in one wire to all the conductors in the other two. Crimps, solder, wire nuts, or all twisted together with a wrap of tape. Electromotive forces will travel where ever allowed. Giving it more wire makes it happy.
