Looks like it has 6 legs which h makes me think bad bug nymph aphid..

Need better pics. Could be H-miles, has the swept back looking legs on it.

Medium is promix.. Have seen them mainly just on the pot.. 1 on a leaf that was hanging on the dirt.. have seen no damage to plants.. looked at aphid nymph and doesn’t look like that.. when small are clear and seen one large one that looks the same but orange ish in color.. all stages have these long hairs it looks coming off the back with feelers off from.. not real fast but not creaping so slow easy to grab photo

They don’t look anything like that... honestly look the same when their small and big.. not much difference in size either big n small.. they are in plastic bags now and really going to check root zone when I trans plant n take cuts... if I have to trash everything n start fresh I will
