Need help identifying white specs

I have been struggling to get my humidity down so I know this could be mold or mildew. At first, I thought it could be mites or thrips so I sprayed with Monterey twice a couple of days apart. Is it mites? Should I spray again? Is it mold or mildew? If it is what should I do? Is it something else? I appreciate any advice you can give.

They're pretty hard to totally eradicate... they are so tiny, multiply extremely fast, and hide in every nook and cranny. You'll have to keep up on it at least once a week probably. Are you in veg?

I have indoor cats but they do not go into the tent. It is a small tent. 2x2x4. There are a couple of leaves with small holes. I will spray and recheck. I only have two plants started. If it does not get better I may just clean the whole thing out and start over. I am using fox farms organic soil. Its frustrating. There are no other plants so I am not sure where they came from.

Ok, that's likely part of the issue. Fox farms has food in it but it only lasts a bit over a month then it starts to run out. How old are these plants? Post a pic of the whole plant, floor to top please.

I've seen some pretty tiny ones... They're tiny until they suck your ladies and get fat lol. That bit of webbing looking stuff is a little concerning too... would be nice to see the whole plant.

Fucking spider mites. For them, the Geneva convention does not apply. Burn the little fuckers.
Full disclosure, I hate spider mites.

Do you grow indoors? If you grow indoors in a caprice tent you may have a mites infecting hanging out in the tent. Consider fogging the tent after a harvest but before the next planting. Floggers are cheap. Single can single use. It’s a pretty common commercial greenhouse practice.
