I recently switched over to Gaia green mid run, I used azos, mykos, granulated humic acid, plus Gaia green 444 and 284 and molasses , the plants looked hungry and are getting their green back. Now I don’t know when I should add this feed again. I’m now mid flower and fed them this about a week or 2 ago

I have grown with GG for a long time….I’m no pro by any means, but generally have problem free grows.
What’s your medium? And I’m assuming U top dressed w/ GG?
Tell me your pot size and how much GG was used? And how long ago??
If you’re in mid flower, you will likely need one more top dressing.
I like to top dress more frequently with lesser amounts. For a 5 gal pot, I’ll generally top dress about 3 tablespoons of the applicable GG product every 2-2.5 weeks.
My mid bloom top dressing consists of 3 tbsp GG (2-8-4), 2/3 cup worm castings and 2 tbsp of GG basalt or rock dust.
I’ll use the GG 4-4-4 all the way through veg and about 1/3rd of flower. Gradually add in the 2-8-4 while tapering down the 4-4-4.
I’ve grown this way in a bunch of different mediums, including Fox Farms 70/30 coco.
With the coco, I will amend with a full dose of 4-4-4, worm castings, basalt, myco……before transplanting.
For mediums that come pre amended, I’ll still add in a little of the above, just not as much, depending on how heavily amended the base mix comes out of the bag.
That initial amending usually lasts around 30 days, after which time I’ll start top dressing every 2 weeks or so.
Hope that helps. GG is good stuff…..

Forgot to mention….a full dose of GG is 3 tablespoons per gallon of medium. I know guys who have completed an entire grow on nothing but the 4-4-4 and it turned out great.
The only other thing I’ll give during the grow is some ReCharge or some other organic tea. I’ve made my own, used ReCharge, Stump Tea, and a few others.
I continue to be amazed by how this plant can thrive on so little. Less is more….for sure.
Good luck.

I switched from general hydro flora series when I saw pistils, i forgot to mention its auto flowers that I’m growing. They are in 2 gallon pots with 420 recipe soil, I top dressed with the following

444: 1tbsp
284: 1tbsp
Granulated humic acid: 1tsp
Mykos: 1tsp
Azos: 1tsp

Ive never done organic and I don’t really know the inputs since they are lower for autos. Another question is do you think the humic acid will break down in time to help flowering?

Generally 2 to 4 weeks depending on environment (soil temp), microbe health, etc. Plants look great!

I use Gaia Green. It's not really a system you want to change to mid grow. I takes about two weeks for a dosing to truly kick in when you start a grow or feed during a grow. So there is a element of timing at play. For me GG is a nutrient package that turns all organic matter in my pots into food for the plants. I use there suggest mix ratio per gallon starting with mostly 4-4-4 and 1 gal. of 2-8-4 or a bit less. I mix it all up in a separate tote with DE and a sprinkling of Recharge. I typically use 50% new soil, 25% reclaimed soil if I have it and 25% coco. I also bury a clear solo cup with four holes in the bottom of the cup in the home pot with the mixed up soil. I also mix up at that time the first feeding at the same ratios in a glass jar then pour it off into a ziplock bag so I'm ready for the first feeding. I water that start pot up to near runoff to get the GG cooking then set it aside as I pop seeds and get ready to plant. Once I have popped seeds I put them in the buried clear solo cups and transplant them in there home pot at two weeks. I generally do the fist feeding at 3 to 4 weeks depending on how the plants are doing. As I near flowering I start changing the ratio more towards 2-8-4 but never stop using 4-4-4. I do keep some liq. ferts around to help finish plants out sometimes. If it's been a good grow with aggressive plant uptake. I sometimes actually end up with very little soil in the pots. It's all be converted to plant food and consumed by the plants. That's where the small amount of coco comes in from the starting mix. Stuff has impressed me with how well it works and how bone idle simple it is. I keep molasses around and give the plants a does or two during the grow. But it's more me than the plants so I can lick the spoon and remember grandma's oatmeal cookies. The Recharge has dried molasses already in it. Molasses is like meth to plants it's short acting and can get them on a yo-yo if one goes overboard with it.

Here is are pics of a typical start up setup in 7 gal. pots for me.

First time grower here, I’ve only used gaia green and some manure/composrt.

I’ve been adding gaia green at the rate of 1 tbsp per gallon of medium on a monthly basis and it seems tk work well. Someone above said they did three tablespoons which sound one a lot, but if I’m correct it harder to over feed with organic nutrients.

I would believe your plants won’t like the switch, I imagine the same way you need to slowly introduce plants started indoor to outdoors, you could probably do a slower swap over from one nute to the other.

Also never tried it so

I recently made the switch, it was mainly because I was struggling with a lot of deficiencies. Some grower in a class I had said go full organic with microbes. that's why I switched and my deficiencies seem to have leveled out. Im not sure how much I should be adding since autos take less notes from what I've heard. like I said before, I did

2 gallon pots, top dress 2 weeks ago
444: 1tbsp
284: 1tbsp
Granulated humic acid: 1tsp
Mykos: 1tsp
Azos: 1tsp

should I up my 284 and when should I add it again

Oh you’re growing autos? I’ve read that they’re super nutrient sensitive. I’m sure someone will chime in with a similar opinion.

I’m brand new, so this is getting a bit outside my knowledge base but someone should be able to answer that.

@GNick55 @Captspaulding

I know @budsofgeorgia does a lot of auto grows
