Need Help Seedling has white shit on its leaves

seen some small light brown and black bugs by it so i got the dont bug me spray
but what causes this is it bugs? need help as i am trying to save this clone

Looks like it was SCORCHED. Sunburn or lightburn is my Dx.

If there are bugs on there, They're hopefully aphids. Give em a good hit with some soap/water with a little little neem/olive oil. Should protect your babies well.

well i have not used any chemicals on this baby ,and this is outdoor @ jagle

Any plant that's moved from indoor lighting, especially most fluorescent (least likely if using a good set of MH) to direct sunlight is going to scorch like that, IME. Since I primarily use fluoros, and T12 shop lights at that, I've learned to use shade cloth or landscaping fabric to help acclimate them to natural direct, full sunlight.
