calmag is a must ..Hey I am using canna coco a&b and canna coco coir I also noticed that they don't have a cal-mag supplement with their line so basically my question to my fellow growers is do i need to use a cal-mag supplement I'm currently under almost 600w of led's from mars-hydro in a 4ftx4ftx7ft grow tent any help would be greatly appreciated
Good check out blazer's bunker in grow diaries been on a little break but starting back up soon!Hey blazer, how were your yields with this simplified formula we're talking about?
Its not needed if your start water is around 0.2 to 0.4 EC. Canna has PLENTY of plant usable calcium and magnesium The Canna Coco specific nutrient is all you should need at around 8 to 12 ml per gallon and a littpe pH down depending. I will admit though...the overpriced Rhozotonic and Cannazym used in veg especially early small pot veg...will blow some roots out for sure. Not needed but it goes great with the base a and b nutrient. The Canna Boost is ridiculously overpriced for what it actually does in bloom. Other amd cheaper stuff out there that gives similar results. The pk 13/14 is alot like the other mono potassium phosphate bloom enhancers out there. Just stick with the base nutrient fo a few crops and slowly throw in a few things. Silicate and a good fulvic acid for iron uptake are great supplements. ..give noticeable results and hard to overdo. These are the easy additives and the ones that i tend to stick with.Yeah I think I'm gonna stop using it probably why my gg#4 looks deficient as all hell I've grown for a couple years now and just started to use coco coir and canna nutrients just trips me out that there's no cal-mag supplement lol
