Thanks for your input i will re adjust and see how it goes. I see alot of people on here using 70/30 perlite coco ratio should i be putting more than 20% perlite in soil too?Your ph is way low. It should be around 6.4 for dirt
I suspect this plant should not need to be watered more than twice a week, maybe less. Water until you get run-off from the bottom, then leave her alone until the soil dries up and her leaves start to droop a tiny bit.and have been feeding it with that every 2-3 days with plain water inbetween
Thanks for the input ill try this and see what happens, my other plant is slightly older and hasnt had the same symptoms so i think you might be bang on there. Also yes that was the ph before and also it is fresh soil yes.I suspect this plant should not need to be watered more than twice a week, maybe less. Opinions likely vary on this, but I'm not joking when I say to leave her alone until the leaves start to droop. Don't panic if you don't check her soon enough and they droop like a deflated balloon, it's very normal and the plant can easily and quickly recover. I'm suggesting this course of action so that you can then LIFT the entire plant and get a good feel of the weight of a fully dry pot. Get a good feel for this in your head then water slowly until you get a decent bit of runoff, then life your plants again and get a feel for the watered weight. Thanks for the input ill try this and see what happens, my other plant is slightly older and hasnt had the same symptoms so i think you might be bang on there. Ill give it a go cheers, ill post an update on what happens.Opinions likely vary on this, but I'm not joking when I say to leave her alone until the leaves start to droop. Now wait for the pot to get light again before watering again. You don't need to wait for the leaves to droop every time, that is extreme and only suggested so you have confirmation that the pot and roots have fully dried out, and gives you a "clean" starting point for recovery.
