40 psi is about the minimum to push the Stealth 100.i just recently bought a stealth r/o 100. What i was thinking of doing is trying to run the ro system with out a city water connection to do this i woulf dump my water into a rubbermaid trash can and have a pump controled by a float switch running the ro system. My question is can i use a booster pump as my primary pump? or does there have to be some form of psi leading to the booster pump?
im gonna call stealth ro tomorrow Ken Dog and put this to rest lolI wondered the same thing... But since my pressure rose to about 42 pounds, I decided I would be fine without a booster pump.
Pretty sure ( not absolutely sure), a booster pump would be fine as a stand alone delivery system... as long as it puts out least 40 pounds of pressure.
That's cool... I would like to know myself.im gonna call stealth ro tomorrow Ken Dog and put this to rest lol
I just gotta find out if these booster pumps are self priming if they are this means they don't need to have psi going to the inletHydro logic sells booster pumps. Sounds like a lot of work to pump out of a rez, but if that's what u have to do then do it. Harbor freight sells a couple different booster pumps also.
little Over $200Right on what did that pump run if you don't mind me asking.
