I'm cutting down my plant still have bugs killed alot by hand can I rince off with water after cutting them to wash off ???

I wouldnt. Id be thinking chances of mold would greatly increase when drying. Just like how you shouldnt foliar spray in last few weeks. Truth is just smoke em lol. Theyre just full of nutes themselves wont kill ya
