Need Help!

Temp is around 76-77 humidity around 60 just made it home after hurricane and seen this the soil is pretty dry but before I ad water is there any idea what may have happened also could the low pressure from the hurricane of caused this

Its caused by lack of water. They will perk right up

I watered them and they came right back to life do you think I will have any repercussions
