How close are these to being the same..got to make new batch of soil

I believe that they are the same thing but i want to make sure before i mix it up..this is what I am going to use for the soil as well as perlite

Read the make up labels that will tell you there should be a list if ingredients and ratios .

Should roll with pumice instead of perlite.. bio-dynamic

Buy em both and mix the bastards up to be sure

Haven't tried pumice..have used vermiculite and crushed charcoal before..thanks
