Hey all, I started noticing these little bastards on a couple of plants about a week ago. I have never really had bug problems besides the occasional fungus gnat from bugged bags of Roots Organics at the hydro store. It should be fairly obvious to somebody more well versed with plant pests. Been spraying neem and iso/soap/water to get them bogged down but I'm still noticing a few. I want to nuke these fuckers naturally!

I apologize about the less than stellar photo.
Thanks in advance,

CBDMN

Definitely thrips. If you don't want to spray your plants then Amblyseius Cucumeris will fix the problem as well and keep them from coming back for 6-8 weeks if you use the slow release bags.
