I think I will try the coco nutes, but everyone says aim for 5.8 that is most optimal range
U can see a hydro nutrient ph chart

I have used Nova and coco for years with excellent results. Those plants look fine to me. I usually start a well rooted clone of with Nova grow at 1.5 ec (base water at 0.2). Whats the ec of your tap water? Why not just use that instead of RO water.

This doesnt have much 2 do with ph but yer ladies are way 2 small for 3 weeks. Move the lights closer or up the intensity. U said it was dimmable, right? Also try using a bit of rapid start 2 get the roots going so they can feed better.

I like your enthusiasm and believe me when you get it dialed in you wont look back @ any other media. I used rockwool 4 many, many years b4 and once i used coco the 1st time i loved it. The simplicity the feel its great. And my yields stayed the same if not got better than conventional hydroponics. Good luck to you in all your endeavors. And if you insist on keepin it @ 400 i would place them @ 12 inches above the canopy.

I use only Rio Coco now open top bags. Its coco chips and coir. Perfect blend for cannabis, no bugs or bacteria issues. Also Ph is perfect, my rooms never look so good. Super hard to find. That's the only issue I see but as coco is concerned there is nothing that compares
