Hello,
I hope everyone is doing well!
I did a ton of research before growing and yet I am still learning a lot throughout this first grow. I live in a state where it's legal to grow at home for personal use.
I want to make sure the plants look healthy and normal haha. Please let me know what you think. I am in week four doing an outside grow in 5 gal buckets.

You look like you have everything under control! Great job! I am not a big fan of plastic buckets and I would say you should look into cloth pots for future grows but your plants look great! I wish my first grow looked like that! Lol

That's good to know. I did notice after joining Farmer a few days ago a lot of people use cloth pots. I'm about to start another pair in the coming weeks. So I'll definitely take your advice and go with cloth! Thanks for the advice!! Much appreciated

Clothes pots are 100% the way to go from my experience with gardening anything in pots. Started using clothes pots with a inch layer of clay pebbles at the bottom. They are a lot more forgiving when it comes to too much water and if your soil isn't very aerated. That's not to say you can't grow amazing plants in buckets tho.
In open sun the plastic will heat to 140° on a 90° day. You can insulate them, i’ve used wet towels and carpet remnants, also buried them to keep cool. Sucks if the roots go south after a couple months anticipation.
