What he said. My experience with buckets is they get too hot in direct sun and cook the roots.

That's good to know. I did notice after joining Farmer a few days ago a lot of people use cloth pots. I'm about to start another pair in the coming weeks. So I'll definitely take your advice and go with cloth! Thanks for the advice!! Much appreciated
