That first picture is good.But those are sugar leaf trichomes you want to bend a bud open and get a pic of the trichs on the inside on the calyx’s and then compare to the chart that G mix posted for ripeness. I’m saying you got another 3 weeks ROUGHLY. Looks great tho

That plant could be harvested whenever, set up a dry space. You can use paper bags or you can hang the buds. Tons of different ways, just make sure you research drying before you cut it down. Tons of people on here can help, I would give it a week or two tops and then cut it down personally
