Have seen three of these now(just found two more!). She has been treated with neem and spinosad. Can’t see any damage yet but i figure that feather backside is eggs. Very reactive to any attempt to relocation too. Predator? Springtail? Jumps about a meter when disturbed.

Really want to identify it, third year growing here and the first i’ve seen one. Has to be some kind of leafhopper but can’t identify it in new england.

Misted her with cj’s spinosad last night and found two this morning, minus their little feather asses and more willing to get out of Dodge. Done
