All of the seedlings are being fed from the same reservoir. I think I may know what the problem is. I, now, that this one had stretched more than the rest. I buried it down further in the hydroton. I think the Rockwool is staying too wet. If it survives long enough for significant root growth it might pull through.
I've had fairly mixed results with topping autos. I ended up deciding to just stick with LST for my autos. With autos, remember that every thing you do to piss them off is going to cost you some growth. Your plants seem pretty small to begin training. I guess it's a matter of preference, but most people seem to wait until their plants are at least twice the size that yours are currently.

I was reading from another site, to remain un-named, that people get different results from topping autos because each circumstance is different. That is why I only topped 2... to see which works better in this case... I can compare.
I wasn't sure about LSTing, but I figured if I was careful with the ones I topped it would be kewl. I am going to wait to do the rest. I am glad you are here to help guide me.
Thanks for throwing in and reading my post. You are absolutely right. I was using 2-bulb T5 6500K light during germination and the seedling stage. The Humidity dome kept it too far away. I turned on 2 600-watt LEDs and the stretching slowed down to what might be considered, normal. I most appreciate your help.
@Srenots I apologize for not Thanking you before now. Your help and support were very helpful. Thanks Bro!
