I am about 5 weeks into veg and one of my plants is showing signs of nitrogen toxicity aswell as these small white dots that I can’t figure out what they are. I don’t believe it’s spider mites because I can’t find anything on the bottom of the leaves even with a lense. I’m also not sure if it is PM because it doesn’t wipe away. Any help or advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
I have a 60x120 adjustable lens but I took more photos of the plant and the affected areas. I did look on the underside of the leaf with the lens and didn’t see anything significant that was telling me mites.
Shine a flashlight from under the leaves. If the spots are bright green (allowing more light through) then it's likely mites as the portions they nibble on become more transparent.
To me it looks like very early trich development possibly from stress or just natural. The other thought that creeps up is the start of PM but I don't think it is at this point.
As @Moshmen as for... whole plant pics and if you can and some history of the grow.
Prolly not mites, but you never know so keep lookin- rest of the plant looks healthy, for the most part. Fill us in on nutes being used? How often? Ph? Ppm? Anything helps it does look like ya got something nute related goin on IMO

Currently I am using fox farm ocean forest soil and watering with RO water with a ph of 6.2 and I’m also adding in 5ml of cal mag per gal of water. Ppm is sitting at around 150 after all the cal mag and ph down is added. Watering with that every 3 days or so.

That's pretty low for veg, the third picture, and the leaf looks like it's been dealing with low humidity issues. Might be a good idea to read into VPD or vapor pressure deficit. I keep my veg room at 80° and 68-72 percent. I've seen leaves that look like that after sustained time in low humidity, not necessarily the white spots, but the other leaf stipling
