New grower need help please

Day 6 on my seedlings how everything looking always nervous. growing right now in happy frog watering when top inch is dry (lightley) running 250w Vipar p1000 at 50% keeping humidity at 50 that's the highest I can get it and temps around 75 to 80. Also the smaller looking one was growing much faster then stopped is this normal. If im doing anything wrong all tips are appreciated
