Idk what’s wrong idk how it would be heat stress my temps stay within guidelines , could it be from too much light for a long period & is it okay to prune those new growth coming off the stock or are those potential coals ?

Looks rootbound and overwatered or maybe vpd issues. I'd repot and pull off "everything" on the bottom three layers.
Look up a vpd chart and see if your temp/humidity is right. Could also be light issues, it looks awfully blue.

I don’t understand the vpd cart at all it did have a over watering problem but then I reported it and now it’s growing so maybe root bound cause when I lift the cup I can see them for sure & what do you mean 3 layers could you circle and show me ) and would it be soon to fim or top ??

it’s already 27 inch away

I have no experience wih a lamp like yours but my 315 cmh needs to be 40” away from plants that size.

I backed it away until the leaves looked flat and happy. The recomended hanging height was 20” but that is good for peak flowering mature plants when i tried.

No. I dont think so. Just learn to make them happy through trial and error with the environment. Dont water too often and err on the side of underfeeding.
