I tried auto's last year for first time in soil outdoor. It was less than successful had great genetics more of a personal failure couldn't take care of everything, imo do what you know and start in soil they are different than photo period for sure why complicate ur life with it keep er simple for first run I didn't and it went horribly for those girls. Good luck!

Thanks for the info

They are fussy and if stunted some how will be very small..plant the germanated seed directly into your last pot and don't touch anything until you see it in flower s week or so..then you can remove some larger fan leaves to let the light in..other than that make sure to give the right nutes at the right time and they will go good.. biggest thing to remember is that they can't handle being stunted

Cool thanks fellow grower

You should not need a pot bigger than 5 gal and that’s for the XXL plants. I used 3 gal with perfect end results.
And all plants roots will touch the sides of the pots , that will not stunt them or cause any problems.
Go to the Auto section and start reading.
