New to the grow game

What’s up! Brand new to growing currently have a 6 week old feminized White Widow in a 2x2 tent. Regular potting soil and perlite mix. 2 4 inch desk fans for circulation and a 150w garage light from Amazon. Everything was going pretty smoothly up until I noticed the bottom leaves starting to brown at the edges. After some due diligence I seem to still not be able to pin point the issue. I’ve been watering every 3 days with filtered water at a pH of 6.5 and left out overnight to dechlorinate. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
