Harvest recap on Afghan kush ryder auto

Buds size from around 8 cm to 2 cm. 55 gram. Not fluffy and not super dense
Not really bad. It's close to my average on this one. I think my max was 60 and the first was 40.
They are not supposed to be big yielders per plant but i can fit 9 of those in 1 m2

Smoke vice it's ok. Nothing special. Burn ok but with prober drying it will burn better.
Effect i can't really say. It works. It doesn't make me super lazy.
Have to smoke it for a week or so to tell how it affects the mood, the sleep, appetit and so.

It's not gonna be one of my auto grow favorit i think. I prefer their purple model.
Good beginner plant that gives some good tops.

Harvest recap on Milkyway F1 auto

44 gram. Not as dense as expected but not fluffy.
This one i could have 16 of in 1 m2 at the size it was. 32 1/2 cm high but i think it is supposed to get a lot bigger.

It had a lot of small buds. Around 6 cm for the biggest on the left

Enough trics.

Smoke is strong but not harsh. Still green taste so it's hard to judge taste. First impression: not impressed.

Effect is pretty strong. Got a little dizzy after 20 min, lasted 5 - 10 min.

I'm not gonna grow this again i think. Nothing wrong with it, just boring effect imo. Oh yeah seeds expensive but it was a free bee.

Very easy trim. Easy plant to grow. Took the beatings like a champ. If new to growing and like trichomes and strong effect, it could be worth a try.

Harvest recap on Gorilla zkittlez auto

65 gram. Biggest bud is around 10 cm. 6.3 gram
Not super dense and the small ones a bit fluffy.
I should have removed some fan leafs more early, then i think it would have less small buds.

Smoke is not bad. Not harsh and not at all as green taste as expected. A little sweet on the tongue.
Effect both body and mind.
All this is early test and with proper drying it all be better. Both taste, burning and effect.

Semi easy trim with not much sugarleafs to shift.

I think this also could be a good beginner plant. Pretty easy growing. Big buds.
I also think it would give more with some stretch.
Maybe i'll grow it again if i don't have others i want to try.

So all in all around 150 grams on the 3 plants harvested so far. I planed for the double but it's not that bad considering all 3 was 30 cm plants.

Nothhern light x big bud

I took it out from light yesterday evening.
Trimming later.
70 cm
8 branches, should have had 10.

So thats pretty much the end of this grow.

I'll post a small recap on harvest and grow in some days.

Harvest recap on Northern light x Big bud auto and small grow recap

It was a bit dry before it came in glas. 53%
85 gram.
A lot of popcorn. I'd say only the 8 tops plus a little more is buds. Nice popcorn never the less.
Very nice smell. I think pine plus very little citrus.
Taste is very good. Even when just dry but it is also pretty light green. Very strong tickle in the throat.
Effect is a little head high with a little dizziness while smoking.
I'd say all in all a smoke i like.

I would probably try it again and try to get these big buds because i'm sure it's not supposed to be like this.

The grow has been ok all considered.
I feel i got a lot better understanding now both from the bad decisions i made but also from feedback, advisces and reading others treads.
My plan was to get 400 gram and i got around 235. Maybe a bit optimistic but i average 100 g per plant according to my notes.
But then again i never had three 30 cm plants.
At first i was a little disappointed but not anymore. The smoke is good and i don't partout need to smoke that much
But it was nice to have plenty room for the plants and room for vegging my next grow.

Have you ever considered using s scrog net and taking more horizontal space instead of going up?

What made you decide to go with big bud?its famous for being an okej smoke at best

Yeah you're right. I just take my time with lots of breaks.
i also only have 4 plants at a time normally. And small harvest normally around 400 g when things go ok and room is full.
Last two grow even less.

I did actually consider net this grow and even got the net.
But after first test i found out it didn't fit my grow style.
And the plan was to use net on the durban sativa but i don't think that is a good idea with that type of plant. At least not how i like the plant.
And i can fill my room without net.

All was freebie except the afghan.
The auto grow it just for fooling around. And other reasons. i veg in the end of the grow and save 1 month for example.
My reg grow is the one i'm serious about and trying to tune in.
And i may have got the auto plants mixed up during transplant so don't get too hang up on the names.
Afghan is right and i think milkyway is right. The other two i don't know.

I'm still smoking them and they all start to taste ok.

Nice plants , did you top the gorilla zkittles? how did you get it small and compact like that..
ive got 2 gorilla zkittles fast buds at about 75 days , which look very similar and will probably give about the same weight. I hope people dont think thats me in that picture ! its from a comedy show in the uk in the 90s , however aweful the jazz music was its was always Niiiice

Yes i topped it. To get more even light coverage.

The small compact yeah.
I think it was a combination of too much light and then a bad transplant just before stretch. Happened to 3 of them.
But it's also hard to guess how big they get if i havn't grown them before.
A good grow i can't see the floor.

No i bought 20 meter fence so i could make floaters. It's just not for my setup and style i found out. At least not for now. Gives me more work
You know i got this idea that i just have to water and try to keep it with that
