Hi All, I posted a couple weeks ago with my Tangie which is nearing harvest. I'm hoping to find that sweet spot for harvesting so here are my questions...
1. Is this ready for harvest? Trichomes say yes but the pistils aren't all amber.
2. Would you dry trim this? The sugar leaves look so delicious but I'm concerned about a harsh smoke.
I am not exactly a 'seasoned' grower, but I'll throw my $0.02 in: They look sweet! You could probably start flushing now and harvest if you like. From what I've read, if you are aiming for more couch-locky high, let them grow longer until the trichomes start to show a bit of orange/yellow. Nice work.
The best method is to get a little jeweler's loupe or magnifying glass so you can really see the makeup of each trichome.
