Post here ask about your water question?Hi, I'm sorry. I will use this thread for now on. I haven't water since I cup on Sunday. I will test moistness of soil with my meter. When it is close to dry all around, I will weigh it. Once there is very little moisture and almost dry, can you tell me about how many cups of water I need? Its a 3 lb. cloth pot.
Thank you. My pH is slightly alkaline. I ordered pH down. I tested all areas for moisture with soil meter. It is 90% on Dry. I was not able to weigh the pot on the scale I have, though I picked it up several times to get a feel for with. I do not have a container big enough to place water in, to bottom water. So, I watered all around rim, as suggested by a Member. And I watered around plant slowly. My pot is elevated on a stove rack...there is no water on floor of grow tent and no water under rack. My question now is what is the best way to use the pH Down? Most readings on my pH meter, when in soil and in various places around plant, reads slightly near 8. I should have the pH Down sometime tomorrow.Post here ask about your water question?
