Newbie questions.

I currently have the spider farmer SF4000 for my lighting and I am using the Fox farms trio of nutrients with cha-ching and open sesame as supplemental additives. Do you have any suggestions or advice about those? I have heard to use your nutrients at half the recommended strength, is that accurate or valid? Please help!

What soil are you using?

I don't think that will work very well because it holds too much water and not enough air. You should repot in fox farm ocean forest, or I like to use coco loco and add 10-20% perlite. Both are loaded with organic goodies. You won't need to worry about feeding for the first month or so.
