first time grower I noticed today the leafs had brown spots on them and was kinda turning see-through. What could this be and how can I help it?

Hard to say without knowing anything about your grow(media/indoor/nutrients etc) but I'll give it a shot

1. looks like it could just be a funky leaf, it's high up on the plant and he other leaves look ok from what I see

2. Looks like physical damage to me, like it brushed up against something.

3. Could be bugs? It's hard to see.

4. Is looking good

I can't tell what it is but some of those leaves have small white spots on them.

2nd looks like wear and tear on an older fan leaf.

3rd looks like you got some hungry bugs. You checked the underside of the leaves recently?

So I used compost and top soil for the media and it’s an outdoor plant but I do move it to my building at night with a fan. I’m using a bloom booster and fish fertilizer. I definitely think some bugs are eaten on it. Are they away I can prevent that? I found this little guy on it.

I would go over that plant with a fine tooth comb, looking for more of those little guys!

I would cut that leaf off ur flowering pretty good, don't need those leaves, plus ur outside end of summer. My 2 cents

I've never grown outdoor cannabis, I do have a veg garden..

Caterpillars can be picked off like you have already but just growing a healthy plant is the best natural pest protection. Pest infestations are often secondary to poor plant health.

I would concentrate on making sure your plant is thriving and check for pests when you bring it inside. There are no predators inside so pests can spread rapidly.

Inch worm. They could be the culprits. I plant marigolds with my tomatoes to keep guys like this away from my plants. It may be worth a try. Bonus is they look nice in a planter along with your weed.

Ye besides health and pesticides there's not a lot. There's BT spray that's been used for ages as a natural pesticide that's said to also kill moths and caterpillars. Never used it so cant recommend.

No neem oil in flower. Bt is fine and works well combined with daily inspections and plucking off the strays.
