Newbie with 30 day large seedling

Hi, I am growing Banana Kush, feminized, in my grow tent. My plant is growing out of 16 ounce container. Is it too soon to transplant in a 3 pound cloth bag (I have two bags of ocean forest for soil). Attached are a few pictures...does it look like a veg, yet? Any help greatly appreciated. Kat

The rule of thumb I keep seeing come up is when the leave tips reach the edge of the container it's time to repot because the roots are going to start hitting the walls too, and your clear cup has confirmed that perfectly xD

Thanks to everyone. I'm going to plant it in the 3 pounder...will have to remove a few of the companion plants to make room for the repot....I'll take a picture when complete...I'm so excited!!!

Repotted to a 3 pound cloth bag, using Ocean Forest. The light is 18" from top of cannabis plant. I watered it with 48 ounces of water, and a quick spritz on the plant.....but I think it may need more? Here's the picture. The other plants are companion plants: basil, marigold, borage and nastiurium.

Yea i'm not sure what that means either. It's had enough water for now let it rest. Is that a photoperiod? It may droop from overwatering and transplanting. Don't worry a couple days out to perk up.

I'm not sure if it is a photoperiod. The plant is a banana kush. Thanks for helping me regarding water. It hasn't drooped yet. Another question: Is 18" to grow light high enough? Is 18/6 enough hours of light?
