Just to update. I disconnected all devices including power and reconnected and everything came back. I updated the firmware just fine, but need to re configure my AI.Good morning guys. Anybody run into an issue with the firmware update for the AI controllers yesterday? My ventilation was on full blast and I lost control of the controller. I disconnected the ventilation from the controller, but I have no idea what's going on in that tent right now.
that must be normal, mine is the same.I got the notification of mandatory firmware update. Updated the app, then updated the firmware......I think, maybe. Still have the notice to update firmware but then in settings it says firmware is up-to-date Version: F12.4.27

Did you updated the app before updating the firmware of the controller?In system settings you can select "Revert Firmware" which works, but then you can't start the app again until you do the update??? I wonder if ACI is aware that their update is causing so many problems.

After I deleted the controller from the app I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Then while signing back into the app I saw where you update the app. Then I added the AI controller back to the app and it was indeed the new updated version.
Everything is back to normal now.

I have a spare model69 it is a backup but have only tested it out, I am not using it. I did play a little around with the automations on the AI+, which are similar to the automations of the model69. AI+ does indeed a better job if I compare them. Smaller deviations and more steady IMHO.What is your opinion on this new controller. Does it seem to hold your environment better than the model69?
