I was planning on flipping this morning but while attempting to further train my Special queen this morning it split straight down the center where I drew the red line on the older picture of the same plant pictured on the left taken today. I used the old photo for reference, back then it was in a 2gal tall pot now it's in a 5gal wide lol she has been quite a learning experience.

Long story short I had to halt all training and remove multiple wires to quickly bind it tightly together sooooo back to 18/6 for a few weeks errrrrrrr....... lol

Well i hope she heals up good for you. It's always in my mind as these age just like a human our bones get stiffer an brittle. Mine are at the 40day old stage and getting very stiff on the older main branches i'm real leary about pulling them down further. These are remarkable in the healing and recovery i've seen many heal just great from horrible splits.

Teflon tape (plumbers tape) works wonders for holding split/broken branches together.
Soft, flexible and even though it's called "tape", it's not sticky and is very easy to install/remove.

Not sure how you are holding it together, just thought I'd share what works for me.

Rubber coated wire.

Rubber coated wire.
That will likely work if the surfaces are mated together. I've seen folks use zip ties, electrical tape, duct tape (Southern folk 🤣), surgical tape... And combinations of the above.
