I decided to experiment and made some tea. The hi came 4 hrs later. Is that the norm?

Depending on how much food was in your digestive tract yes thats normal.

It takes about 30 - 90 minutes usually and lasts about 4 hours for me. I add butter to the tea...just my 2 cents

No regular butter, olive oil or coconut oil...it's a binder for thc and helps with the taste. Just lightly coat the bud before brewing.

It takes me about 2-3hrs to note any effects from medibles. I generally avoid them and smoke pretty much exclusively. I don't need the extra calories anyway.

That tea, it had to taste like gack, no? :o

No actually with butter or coconut oil it's pretty good, but then I've been told I like things that taste bad. :)
