I agree with your actions on raise my the light to be safe. I would wait for those with more experience to voice their opinions. What nute line you running?View attachment 2252832
Just wondering if I have some sort of burn or a deficiency
1.4 EC
This is week 3 flower
On a drip system always getting run off
Took the plant out of the tent an hour after lights came on and slowly watered until I got run off, fed plant with 1 litre of nutrient solution and got 180ml run off. The EC of the run off was 1.5 so only 0.1 EC over my input which I wouldn’t class as concern.
I’ve raised my lights in suspicion they could possibly be getting too much light as I’m not getting any of this on the lower bud sites.
Thoughts?
I’m using shogun. I believe it’s a Europe brandI agree with your actions on raise my the light to be safe. I would wait for those with more experience to voice their opinions. What nute line you running?
That one is beyond my level. I believe it would depend on the specific nutrients for the manifesting of symptoms.Would I experience burn on the lower growth at the same time? Or would the tops burn first?View attachment 2252857
I agree they’re not terrible but i would want them to be as close to maximum health as possible which I understand is always going to be a battle and no I am using tap waterThe tips of your leaves don't seem like terrible burn to me. But my experience is limited. I know I had something similar that was not a terrible set back. I had slightly yellowing tips on parts. That's a better pic. You feed with RO water?
I’m already adding a small dose of it so really unsure what it could beCould be time to add cal mag to your girls feed. That's super common.
5.8 pHWhat ph you feed at?
Yeah in coco, every irrigation I do produces run off so the salt build up only really happens over night, and 2 hours into the lights on I hit them with a multi feed every 15 minutes until run off is achieved. If I keep bumping you someone else is sure to chime in. Lol. You in coco?
Lovely thank you for tagging him@PlumberSoCal2 is the guy to help you maybe. He grows outdoors but in fertigated coco. Has some crazy sexy GDP.
I’ve been searching for this information all day, every way of wording “does nutrient burn stsrt at the top of the plant or bottom” and the search result always came back as “it starts at the leaf tips”I'm betting this was the start of light burn since only the tops were affected. Nutrient burn usually starts at the bottom of the plant.
