Whats the info on your grow?

Lights; what kind, how close, adjustable?
Soil? Food? Water? how much how often? How long have you had this problem?
32x32

2 hlg rspec 100 side by side
was at 24” moved up to 28 after signs of stress

perfectly healthy till I started lowering lights

plants will be fine as long as it does not continue..
4 inches enough?

Ppfd has never gone over 750 aroundcwhen stress hit,it’s like 600 now

Looks more like a Mg deficiency to me. Perhaps caused by too intense light and not enough food? i don't know but it doesnt look like light burn .

750 ppfd shouldn't cause something that extreme unless it was nutritional at that stage of flowering, IMHO.

What and how much are you feeding your plants?

Full serving of roots organics Terp tea 4-7-2 once a week with recharge Bi weekly

just keep the lights raised and feed normally..
if somethings wrong it’ll show in about a week.

Noticed a lil more yellow today.but I just watered so can’t treat with cal mag in case it’s that.lights are way up meanwhile

What kind of water are you using? This is important because your general water has plenty of Ca. What kinda of soil? Equally important; theres been a ton of coco guys showing up here not fully understanding the relationship of Ca Mg with coco with similar signs to what you have. Also temps and humidity play a huge role in your plants health i see your lil reader over there, what'cha running?
Is terp tea and the Recharge all the feed stuff your running? Are you PHing your stuff? To what?
Sorry for all the questions.....Dunno know if your a noob er not i just like to start with the obvious and get a full picture of whats going on, in this way a accurate diagnosis can be made, rather than guesses.
Remember the old leaves will only get worse or stay the same, it can take up to a week to see if the changes worked based upon NEW growth or progressing of the issue on the old growth. This is why its important to keep old and damaged leaves, so you can read your plants.
Also if they were fine under the distance why would they suddenly start showing signs of stress? Unless you dropped the lights and then the issues started.

I added a light,so I had to raise them both from added power.I then lowered them few weeks into flowering.I’m in happy frog and that’s all I feed them except in veg I fed 7-1-1 a bit.I never had a health issue until I lowered the lights.I also know my water is decent just lil low on ppm it’s only 70.maybe got mag deficiency from that?I’ve raised the lights and fed it a dose of cal mag.my temps normally 80 under a led and 40-50% humidity.if I open the door humidity it drops momentarily

any other suggestions
