I have one tray of clones that seem to want to stay light green I understand this to be a nutrition issue related to nitrogen. The clones are 3 months old and have been feed on fox farms line of nutrients all my other clones and plants have responded beautifully.
There feed every 3rd water cycle
The clones in question are under 34k lux where they sit now the light ranges between 5k lux to 75 lux depending on location yo there lights
The humidity is sitting at 33 percent
Temp is avg 73 degrees .

Also the question is why is just this tray reacting this way and the other plants are not that are in the same conditions and age.

If you transplant them they will do much better. If you want to keep plants small you need to be trimming the root ball and training/topping/trimming. Holding them in containers like that will just kill them eventually and you will end up with plants that look like that.
