Dude... The "Owner" of the New England Patriots, Do you really think that someone that Owns an NFL Foot Ball Team is sweatin' the 25G ??? And would go on record with the story for what gain???

Why has Putin said he has no Knowledge of this (Pulling an Obama) but has the ring on display in A museum and has offered (Publicly) to replace it with an equally "Expensive" ring with "Sizable" Precious Stone (His Words) but refuses to return the Game Ring that has been verified being in said museum? (Public Extortion of an Ex KGB operative and one of the most powerful men in the world by Kraft???... Doubt it) This is not some made up story, both have acknowledged that it happened in one way or another.

Imagine Barack Obama and Tiger Woods in the White House... Barack asks to see A Rolex that he is wearing that was A Prize from A U.S. Open, Then says something like "Wow, this thing has some weight to it" and just walks out of the room, punkin' him (Tiger) for his watch like the true Obama Gangsta he is  (Don't have Balls Big Enough to really do it, wouldn't put it past Putin though...) Whats Tiger going to do about it? (Pussy or Liar?) Chase him down the hall and tackle him asking for his watch back? Don't think so... Probably more like "What the Fuck Just Happened"... Standing their with his jaw on the floor, But don't sweat it because he has 10 more... Just Sayin' "G"...

P.S. Close personal friends have corroborated Kraft's story and have said when telling it, that he laughs at the fact that He was "Punked" for A U.S. League Final Ring by Vladimir Putin... One of the most "Powerful" men on the face of this planet.

IRS and Tax issues? Gee I wonder if all those people who bragged about making $5k per pound ("back in day") claimed that as miscelleneous income on their tax forms?

Walk the walk...? LMAO!

The Sky's the limit huh? LOL

If I were able to deduct the cost of creating a product that sold for 5K Id think about claiming that as income. There is no business that is required to tax on gross sales without deducting the cost of manufacture.

It is my duty as an American not to follow unjust laws.

If were on the same page here I would think if your intent is to "create" A product for Profit (Taxable Income) that is open to all that you can deduct as the cost of expenses incurred for producing that "Product" (No reason you couldn't do this under current agricultural tax code now?) you would have to provide detailed information and receipts for purchases to the I.R.S. (Not Recommended) of said expenses and the product that you intend to sell for profit (Self Incrimination?) which would violate current law as it is defined in "Compassionate Care" (Based on "Donation" for time and $$$ spent) which is not A law that was created for the intent to "Profit"... ??? o_O

SoCal. I agree about those 5k donations are for time/supplies, claiming those 5k lbs as income, as was suggested is silly. Either its covering costs as Compassionate Care and is not taxable, or its for profit and in need of taxation with deductions for production.

Say your local "meals on wheels" program covers your cost for gas, do you claim that as "misc income"
Didnt think so.

I think it is probably safe to say no under-grounders report those "earnings" to Uncle Scam. Although I could be wrong.

Anyone else care to comment? :)

If someone chose to, yes they could run their operation as a sole proprietorship business and then deduct their expenses...or create a non-profit organization (ministry, charity group, etc) and handle it that way.

Now being a upstanding "american" and a "patriot" and to make sure "everyone is paying their share", approx 1/3 of those earnings goes directly out of your pocket and into Uncle Scams.

So.."back in the day" that $5k per pound that YOU earned?? Well, about $1700 says bye bye. That money floats sky high off to DC to fund wars and pay Gitmo employees.

I bet Big-Earred Barry Obama grows a little bit in the White House..wonder if he reports it? Walking the walk, talking the talk..and all that stuff. eh?? ;)

First, farming is one of the incomes that has it's own standard(set of rules) other than "regular income"..and would red flag your operation. Second the only reason to claim any under-table cash income..could only logically be because a person wants to show more income to strengthen their credit opportunity. The only other reason to claim cash from a grow op would be to avoid fraud charges, if one is already a tax-payer and one has to deposit grow funds into a bank account as supplemental income to survive. If they got audited ever..bank records in recent years could come into question.
Now, the folks who are legit MMJ, particularly the ones who do the CO-OP thing..can claim to be retailers, but as is the case with HHC in Oakland, they got denied all write-offs due to Fed law. This requires anyone claiming un-legit income to label it as legit as if it were a legal biz.
Which is actually fraud...so no matter what you do to be considered "legit"..you will be breaking IRS law no matter how one handles it.

Guess I must be doing something "Exceptional" here because I pay nowhere near 5k per lb. in "Cost and Labor"... but don't operate for profit either. Meals on Wheels is in A league of their own and not even close in comparison to Compassionate Care and the $$$ being generated under this ruse by some people that are definitely profiting extensively from it, so lets call it the way we see it... but that isn't even my concern... If someone is willing to "Pay" for A product, and the person that provides that product is paying "Tax" on it or not is None of My Fucking Business and to go above and beyond to declare what "I" would determine someone should be able to do or not do would make me nothing more than that which I criticize... Follow?

P.S. Some out there that "Have" as opposed to the "Have Nots" could always donate 100% their time and cost to their local Dispensaries to show their true "Compassion" for those in need... because they their selves are Truly Blessed and shall not want? Like that would ever happen...

just to clarify; A poster here said that "back in the day" he was getting paid 5000 bucks a pound for his MJ. But again that was "back in the day.".....and I'd bet my sweet ass he didn't pay tax on any of that money he collected....BUT the guy has the balls to tell everyone else to "pay their fair share."

knowwhaddasaying? ;)

At A fraction of that 5K full retail ticket. You didn't have to, nor did I, pay 5k per LB. w/No Sales Tax :woot: unless you weren't connected... Damn those Wall Street Elitists... LOL :cigar:

So... While the I.R.S. wipes their Asses with the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Amendment A second Federal Agent takes A Lead from Dave Chappelle and Wraps Himself in A Constitutional Amendment... Go Figure... Trample on Our rights but Invoke the constitution when it's in their best interests and get paid to do it No less... o_O This may also explain Eric Holder and Fast & Furious ;)

Obama Speaks to Congressional Summer Interns
Obama to College Students: Do Not Celebrate Fourth of July

July 2, 2013 By The Liberty Paper 2 Comments
As the country prepares to celebrate its independence from Great Britain President Obama had a completely different message for a group of Congressional Summer interns in Washington:

“America is a great country. There is no denying this. However, I caution you all as you step forward in your careers. Peer back into history and ask yourselves- Was a revolution truly necessary? Great Britain may not have had it completely right, but they had many things right. Take taxes for example. If your neighbor makes $1 Million a year, but you and your family can barely keep the heat on should he not help your family? God instructs us to help our neighbors. He does not instruct us to look down upon them though the windows of capitalism. Why then on the Fourth of July should you celebrate such a radical break from what is Godly and just? No doubt there are many voices warning you of the harm of big government. They are wrong. Government can provide you with what family and friends cannot. If this is gone what will you have?”

Many in the crowd seemed uneasy, and desperate for some sort of clarification. Julie Barks, an intern from Louisiana State University, asked President Obama, “Are you saying we should not celebrate the birth of our country?”
President Obama responded, ”I believe we should celebrate where we are going. Celebrate moving forward. Not where we have been.”
