IRS Hires 108,000 New Armed Agents

(PP)- Friday as Internal Revenue Service officials were grilled by House Republicans over the heavy handed big government agency’s ongoing abuse of power scandal, the IRS human services department quietly hired an additional 108,000 armed agents.

Obama administration officials said the move was not to shore up defenses at the already powerful federal bureaucracy, but an attempt to address the unemployment problem that has plagued the U.S. since President Barack Hussein Obama was elected.
“We considered hiring more teachers, firemen and police officers, but those positions take funds out of government bank accounts and IRS agents increase funds for important progressive programs to help needy Americans,” said a key White House intern.
“In times of economic hardship we need to draw sharp distinctions between new hires that will help government grow, and eliminate harmful positions that simply get in the way of rapid federal expansion.”
Newly hired IRS agents will undergo FBI training in the proper use of firearms, how to quietly enter private homes in the middle of the night, and techniques on subduing, handcuffing and transporting resistant taxpayers to ATM machines in federal government holding cells.
“Most people don’t trust IRS agents, but people need to realize the IRS agents don’t trust most taxpayers either… especially conservatives,” added the highly paid White House intern.
“The bottom line is that IRS agents need to do their jobs and get the cash. In order to do that without risking their lives agents need to be combat trained, and they won’t be issued firearms and ammunition until they can effectively take down an uncooperative taxpayer.”
“We can’t have IRS agents going around killing people by accident and taking them out of the workforce…. its counter productive,” added Obama’s intern.
The Palookaville Post has learned that firearms, ammunition and paddy-wagons for the new IRS agents will be provided by the Department of Homeland Security.
Last month the DHS was re-assigned to protect only governmental agencies and not private citizens after failing to protect any American’s health, well being, or civil rights.

after i read that i started cleaning my guns... this whole "armed agents taking you out of your houses in the middle of the night if you dont get obamacare" thing had me legitimately worried..

idk if this site has specific bias but it did seem to be one of the most logical.

131) specifically prohibits the IRS from using the liens and levies commonly used to collect money owed by delinquent taxpayers, and rules out any criminal penalties for individuals who refuse to pay the tax or those who don’t obtain coverage. That doesn’t leave a lot for IRS enforcers to do.

so if thats true.. AND this all stemmed from ron pauls inflated tale of a republicans committee's simple sentence of
"GOP Analysis, March 18: IRS may need to hire as many as 16,500 additional auditors, agents and other employees."

these guys are supposedly there to let business owner know that the federal government will pay 35 or 40% (dont remember) of your employees taxes...

So I take it the two of you are Obama supporters.

Yes...please explain. How >will< it all work? Who will feed these millions of civilian soldiers as they march to victory over the Evil Black overlord?

And then?

Well if I'm not mistaken there was a time before Monsanto when farmers used to do just fine. I'm sure KNOWING they would no longer have to fear the EVIL CORPORATION and THE US GOVERNMENT that they would be happy to feed someone who would oppose the TYRANTS!!!

Evil Black Overlord? LOL!! No one here has brought up RACE besides you SkyHigh

Jefferson was awesome, I love reading the available writing and his influence in our government was undeniably needed. That said, if we cannot accurately study anything unless we were alive during the time than we are surely up shits creek as far as ever understanding anything. Jefferson's view/ paranoia towards a centralized power seemed to go to the wayside when he took that power, I used the Louisiana purchase as evidence. Look it up. That is where I would say our revolution was beginning to end.

As far as revolution. What are the details, or in other words what would change in an utopian idea of revolution. How would the country have changed post revolution?

As I said previously....the current administration, and the previous ones, who have committed crimes against its people, would stand trial and more than likely be hung for treason. The lobbyists would be driven OUT of Washington. This is a START.....and it has to start somewhere.

Are you two really serious.....do you want to live in a police state? Because thats what Obama is setting us up for.

Do either of you know what the NDAA did?

Those are Obama Care "Navigators" that work for... You guessed it The I.R.S. that will "Run" Obama Care... ;) (A Joke that sky won't get)
The truth of it all is in A link below for those that prefer to be "Aware" of Gov. Actions...

Tens of thousands Obamacare 'navigators' to be hired...

Because it's so "Complicated" people won't know how to apply for it...

I guess that a lasting revolution would need much more in terms of change. What else would change in your idea of U.S. post revolution? New constitution based on? Government or anarchy? If government then what type? There are a million of questions when speaking about governments especially concerning a revolution, which is why I previously stated that there have been very few revolutions since time has been recorded.

Dude... If one dates from the adoption of the Constitution in 1787, the nation is 226 years old. Not even an Infant in the scope of "Time being Recorded" Before post revolution, one must occur, Intellectual, Scientific, Spiritual, or Physical...

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

I could see us going back to what America was once. Strong states bound by a weak central gov. AKA a Republic.
Those powers not given to the feds are reserved for the states and all.

"The Tenth Amendment is similar to an earlier provision of the Articles of Confederation: "Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled."[2] After the Constitution was ratified, some wanted to add a similar amendment limiting the federal government to powers "expressly" delegated, which would have denied implied powers."

from wiki on the 10th amend.

Only 226 years and already giving away what we traveled here and fought for, to the "Exact" same thing that Our Forefathers Fought and Died to Escape... Tax and Oppression by Rulers. A Pathetic Shame.

What A novel thought... If you are the Nanny State type... You could locate to one. More rugged and Freedom Oriented, maybe something like Montana or Texas. This "New" one size fits all outlook by current admin Blows...

The opportunity did not reach outside of the white male, that is where I see it short of revolution. Revolution= (and mind you this is my organic definition, meaning I am not taking wiki or google for this one) radical social, political and economic change that effects the majority of the populace in any country.

We came close to revolution, but from what I believe we came up short.

The problem is that you're not looking at the big picture. The stage was set then for all of the intervening stuff that happened. I'm sorry but the world has NEVER operated in such a way that "radical change" is the same thing as "changing everything". You're basically suggesting that, in the late 1700's, the only way for people to have done it right would be to:

1. Abolish slavery.
2. Give equal rights to women.
3. Give equal rights across all races.
4. Etc.

I'm sorry, but the world moves slower than that and it always has. Suggesting that so much should change at once is naught but a dream. Your grading rubric is much too harsh, you're expecting the human race to be something that it has NEVER been and that it will never become.

Positive change can happen without expecting the equivalent of the historical kitchen sink being thrown in.

This would be like saying, "Yes, Michael Jordan won 6 rings--but can he fly to Australia under his own power? No? Then I am unimpressed. Only when a human being turns into a man-bird can he be considered an excellent athlete."

I honestly think you just have terrible perspective on this one and are operating under a flawed definition of revolution. The American Revolution didn't change everything, but it changed a lot--and most of what it changed was radically different from other countries at that time and it stayed changed. What else do we call that if not a revolution?

1. He didn't wiretap the press. They pulled phone records to identify one of their sources. It's still shitty, but it's less shitty.

2. There's no evidence he had shit to do with the IRS scandal. I'm all for investigating that further but let's hold our goddamn horses. This is America, after all, where you're innocent till proven guilty.

3. He didn't fight for the use of drones, he simply has the authority to use them. The Patriot Act is sort of shitty that way. Mention Bush if you hate that, and you might also want to get after whoever made this picture because I'll bet he had no problem with his Republican president enacting the law when he did (he forgot that another president might come along later and ALSO choose not to trust his people).

4. That's his prerogative, and he's not the first president to do it. He won't be the last. Is it his blackness that makes this worth mentioning? Or what? I'm trying to figure out why it's never been a problem before but now it's a big issue.

5. Come the fuck on already. I have two things to say about this. First is, you've no evidence of that. The second is I ACTUALLY KNEW one of the men killed there, and I was in fact playing a videogame with him not moments before the compound was attacked. He came to us over his microphone " Shit. Gunfire!" and his line went blank. This is a man who would NOT want you to use his death abroad as a way to attack his president. So fucking stop it. He knew the risks when he went there, and he took them for you and I. Don't sully his memory by politicizing it. I'm so sick of this bullshit, he was a GOOD MAN with a FAMILY. He WAS NOT AND WILL NEVER BE A MOTHERFUCKING BULLET POINT IN A QUIPPY INTERNET PICTURE. Shame on you and everyone else turning him into that!

6. Not wanting to give guns to crazy people is now the same thing as taking guns away from people who already own them. What language do you speak? Swahili? It can't be English.

7. A takeover would be if we had a national health service, which I actually think would be better. But I'll give you points on the idea that government officials will help to run certain aspects of what's happening. It's just that most of them are elected officials. You can do this voting thing to change the way it's run if you so please. Really what the law did is set up regulations for how insurance must be offered, and who must carry it. The hospitals are still private entities. Get your facts straight.

8. Despite that fact that he's spent a lot of his presidency de-regulating stuff, and the 2nd fact that almost no legislation has been passed by his office (due to lack of cooperation from congress)--I'll give you credit that the government does this sometimes. It just hasn't been THIS government. If you think otherwise, please offer us examples of some of the bills he passed (I'll give you a hint: There haven't been very many. Literally every president ever increased government regulation more than this one.)

9. I might give you "failing to fix" the economy--but let's call a duck a motherfucking duck. BUSH destroyed the economy. Maybe Obama didn't fix it the way a conservative would have, that's a perfectly reasonable argument. The man didn't destroy shit, though, he inherited destruction. You don't even need to look shit up to prove that to yourself. All you need is to have been over the age of twelve during the last few months of Bush's presidency (when the shit was hitting the fan).

You don't get to change history because you don't like someone.

Ah, the good "OLD" democratic Blame Bush standby... Goin' strong after almost 5 years :woot: while the Obama Admin. is "Responsible" for the biggest increase in spending in government history... I guess that would explain "Obama and his IRS issues?" QUACK QUACK!

Clinton/Gore started the economic crumble w NAFTA and promoting Outsourcing.

Lets get one thing straight. Capitalism is what it is all about. Manifest destiny of Corporation's market share, Globalized capitalism. Introduction to Democracy is the tool they use as an excuse to occupy ( over throw/stabilize)countries and over see their elections of our propped up candidate . And after that, we introduce them to capitalism and the Western fastfood/disposable life style. Internet, cell phones, oil consumption etc. All in the name of capturing untouched markets.

Yep, and our number one trade is Jobs because the cost to operate A corporate business in the U.S. along with the never ending Tax increases / Obama Care is driving out everyone because other countries are happy to have them and their people are paid like Royalty compared to Anything they would earn if We weren't there. We Import far more than export and other countries reap the benefits. We are the consumers, not the exporters... Depends on how you look at it as to who gains more... If cost and regulation is to high for those with the money to operate they will just leave, then where does the Tax Man go? California is going through this as we speak...

Just out of curiousity did the CIA interview you to ascertain what exactly was going on as you played video games with a state department/military employee as one of our foreign embassies was falling under attack?

Clip from Forbes Magazine...

Imagine what kind of job opportunities would come to America if an iPhone factory were located here and hired 230,000 American assembly workers.
That is indeed a very appealing scenario, but unfortunately, a very bad one. The average manufacturing wage in 2010 is about $2.00 in China and $34.75 in America. By locating the same iPhone factory in America, Apple would add more than $25 billion in labor costs a year, which would completely wipe out Apple’s 2010 profit of $14 billion. Had we made the iPhone here in America, we would have deprived Apple of the resources to employ highly paid engineers to design, professionals to market, and young associates of Apple Stores to sell the cool products. Apple might have been bankrupted a long time ago...

This doesn't even mention the fact that If Apple still Manufactured here and passed the cost to the consumer to offset the Obvious Forced Union Wages, the price would be approx. 15 times what it is currently...

I will respond later.....too much work going on right now. Instead.....I will just say this.

No. There were quite a few of us on Jabber with him. His name was Sean Smith, but I always knew him as Vile Rat. We played EVE Online together. Many others were closer with him than I so I don't want to be seen as claiming some personal loss here. What I do know is that he wouldn't appreciate this whole thing being politicized. He was VERY aware of the risks of his job, and he wasn't AT ALL a proponent of the batshit crazy media that we have in this country. If he could see all of this vitriol it would make him vomit on your face.

Plus as I said all that happened was the following:

We played an internet spaceship game normally as we always had.

He said "FUCK GUNFIRE"

and then he was gone forever, quite literally. I don't imagine the CIA would learn much about the incident from going over that ad nauseum.

According to The Mittani (the leader of our team, or corporation if you're a nerd like me) he did know there was a chance he would die that night. It was so ordinary for him that he was playing a videogame when the time came. As I said, he knew the risks. It was a common occurrence that he would yell FUCK and go linkdead. Whether it be air raids (sirens) or attacks nearby it's something that had been happening for years as we played with him.

I am not saying that all the things that needed to be changed in your mind must be changed for a revolution. But come on Squiggs, how do you define revolution? What criteria must exist for their to be a valid revolution? The American Revolution is far from one imo. How do you think America differed from the rest of Europe at the time? Democracy? Balance of powers? Seriously what really changed in your opinion. I am not trying to be argumentative, but I simply do not agree with your assumption that we had a revolution over here. I gave my definition earlier for revolution,
