That's not foxtailing.Foxtailing is when the bud starts growing upwards excess growth that’s stringy-like

This is on a Sugar Black Rose EV fem, grown from seed, (Delicious Seeds Seed Bank in Spain). Normal growth and bloom until 2 weeks ago. The end on one branch sprouted these tiny vine-like extensions with tiny buds. Pistols are oversized as well. They are spreading back toward the trunk. All other buds are normal and almost (child) fist size.View attachment 2279096

Could it be because I used half Bloom and half All Purpose (organic) fertilizers while she was stretching? Maybe too long into bloom?
