I'm f****** lazy I haven't felt well lately... so I just dropped mine in the rockwool cubes moistened with RO water PHed to 5.5.
No pre-soak.

One of the P. I. look smashed cracked open but not totaled so I planted it anyways. I gently pushed the rockwool in over the seeds to help keep them moist and dark
