67! What a Young pup!
67! What a Young pup!Here here i'm not but 67 you have a couple of years on me. I do not watch the news and just stream what i want to watch. Mostly gardening and food shows with some lively Netflex programs LOL. Dang what we see on tv these days would of been X rated 20yrs ago.
I was NOT kind to myself in my youth. Why would I be? I was indestructible back then and set out to prove it. Ahh But the memories, like wine they get better with age. I have no regrets. Wait, I do have one regret, My first marriage, what was I thinking....Ya it damn sure isn't easy making it this long. I've have a lot of battle scars. About 500 stitches, 7 operations, multiple broken bones. I lived a full life.17 years of hockey, 8 years in the Navy, and a wild man ! So, ya it's not easy getting here. I feel bad for kids that never make it to an adult. Sad !

I gave up on TV 8 years ago. Looked at my cable bill back then and said.. Why? Compared to now it was down right cheap. The News, nah no time for that either. News today is like the old newspaper saying, "If it Bleeds it Leads" More drama and scary then news. I'm right there with you purchasing is hurting my wallet at 150 to 220 an ounce for anything good that holds up well in a bag more than a few weeks.Hi Folks,
I recently decided that because growing for personal use has become legal in my neck of the woods and purchasing was busting my budget I would renew an old hobby, growing cannabis. I can't say I'm new to growing, however, the first lesson I experienced is that I should forget about everything I ever thought I knew about growing in the past. What a surprise! It's a whole new world now.
I'm looking forward to learning more and enjoying the experience along the way. I have been pretty much been winging it and searching the internet for answers and quickly learning that similar issues are caused by different problems. I certainly made my fair share of mistakes and over corrections along the way. Understanding nutrients and the various methods of monitoring them can make your head hurt. I think I'm nearing the end of my first grow but then again maybe not, I've never done this before.
My opinion is if you never try you never learn. I'm trying hard but wonder how much I'm learning.

My wife and I spent 20 years traveling the country with a RV. I did all the driving. When my wife passed 4 years ago I decided that I had pushed my luck far enough and quit. I’m guessing it was a lot more fun being in my 20’s during the 70’s than it will be being in my 70’s during the 20’s!
