Yeah, winter just kinda slapped me in the face this year, Virginia winters are different. Whole house generator in the works.I'm in eastern Ontario myself but in a small rural town. We get the odd outage that will last for up to 12 hours, but maybe a few times a year. I invested in a battery backup system that runs my whole tent and setup. It'll run everything for around 48 hours on a full charge. Wasn't cheap, but I think of it as insurance considering, as you well know, what our winters are like.
Cheers,
BA.
It's definitely different out of town than in a city when it comes to winter! Glad to see your outage didn't trainwreck your grow. It's looking beautiful. Just flipped my Godfather OG over to 12/12 yesterday myself. Can't wait to see it start to develop into those lovely lovely buds we all craveYeah, winter just kinda slapped me in the face this year, Virginia winters are different. Danks for looking bud
Right now the lights are 22" off the canopy. I think I'll lower them today to about 18" and see if that helps them. I've been tying down to the screen throughout the veg cycle. Better lights are definitely on the list for next grow. Also dude your plants look like they were trying to get to the light more than focus on blooming like budding next time either get more powerful lights or lower the lights
The lights are rated as "1200W" but actual power is around 250W if I'm not mistaken. Decent starter light, but definitely could use an upgrade.Depending on how powerful the lights are I go by ruler, you know a ruler stick about 400w
They look like led lol that’s why you are not getting bigger budsThe lights are rated as "1200W" but actual power is around 250W if I'm not mistaken. Decent starter light, but definitely could use an upgrade.

See how he has done netting tooYeah, it is really dumb as well. State is missing out on taxes and stuff. Thanks for your interest!
Day 56 (from sowing seeds, day 53 since sprouting and 41 days after transplanting from aero to rdwc):
For the last few days I got a little trouble to remain the proper temperature and humidity because of higher outside temp and the dense canopy. Leaves are starting to look lighter green and some have turned yellow:

Should I lightly defoliate some leaves around the budsites? And cut away the yellow leaves? Or just let it right like this? What do you guys think?
Might have to do with only being on day 2 of the flip to flowering, too. They look like led lol that’s why you are not getting bigger buds
Yeah, that's a nice set up. I'll be adding a second layer of netting as it stretches up a bit more. The first layer was strictly so I could do some LST and tie down the branches as they grew out to expand my canopy penetration.See how he has done netting too
Just had to ask, where did you see pics of my plants? Must be on another thread, as I haven't posted any here on this one. Also dude your plants look like they were trying to get to the light more than focus on blooming like budding next time either get more powerful lights or lower the lights

Ouch dude, i feel your pain. Put your lights on 24/7 for your mothers, they will revert back to veg stage pretty quickly. We lost power for the second time with the ice storm, so far this year 10 days without power... caused my mother's to start flowering, hopefully the cuts will bounce back to vegging, I chose to just flower out the mom's, on the first outtage, the second kinda screwed up the blue dream haze, but I think they all will bounce back, nice gro bro!
