i think you are overwatering , the first thing that happens is the plants stops uptake of nitrogen so things yellow , from the base. if it was potassium def it would start along the leaf edges.
its taken me 2 years to learn when NOT to water as much as when to water...even now i have 2 identical plants in identical coco/batmix and one is super healthy anf the other is smaller and has had issues like calcium deficiency .

Don’t use neem oil ever
It horrible stuff
You can’t wash it off it off either

For your gnats I would just get some predator mites

It doesn’t look like you have any other bugs.

The ph maybe a issue at 6.0

Sry i messed up get some nematodes for the gnats not predator mites.

nematodes are microscopic you just water them in & they eat the larva usually putting a end to a infestation in days they aren’t harmful to cannabis & once they have eaten all the larva they die off there awesome things they do much the larva fast & live long enough to put a end to the gnats who are munching your roots.

Fungus Fly Killer Nematodes

What are Fungus Flies? The Fungus Fly, also known as the Sciarid Fly, can cause severe damage to plants. These tiny flies will lay eggs in compost or soil, from which larvae will develop. The larvae feed on young plants and seedlings at propagation. Fungus Fly are also a common pest in...

With the ph
Nutes take get taken up at different ph levels & if it’s off you get to much of one thing & not the other.

In soil it’s usually 6.5-7
You’ve got a small amount of coir in there but not enough to be dailing the ph all the way to 6.0

We only just talked about this the other day
There is no information about the correct ph for these mixes.

The soil should be buffering the ph

Are you feeding synthetic fertilisers

What those look like under higher magnification... I presume they're spider mites. significantly smaller than aphids. I see them all the time on my outdoor girls... If I didn't spray regularly there would be nothing to harvest.

I couldn’t tell you what insect it is. I only grow indoors. What has worked for me is DE, neem oil spray and yellow sticky traps

Don't use neem oil without an emulsifier added to it. Better yet, don't use neem oil at all. There are better ways to get rid of critters.

Those white spots do resemble spider mite damage. Best keep an eye on that.

Otherwise...

I see signs of too much nitrogen, water and light. Magnesium might help, but I'd reduce the light first and water a bit less often.

I bought a bag of soil that was infested with insect eggs. At the first sign of insects I have been spraying the soil only. Appears to be working.

Shit is terrible for you. Just cause it is “ safe” for veggies. Doesn’t mean you should smoke it.

I admit to being somewhat of a noob.
Spraying soil in veg, I just don’t see that as all that much of a negative.

Oh yeah don’t use anything like that. Best to treat bugs with other bugs. Go on natures good guys and they have a control by pest section. It will give you the predator f each of the bugs that eat your plants.
