Is there a natural way to control ph without using chemicals? Such as vinigar, baking soda or lemons as i have heard.

I use white vinegar on the rare occasion that I need to ph down.

For ph up, I have found that Borax holds the buffer better than baking soda.

Citric acid, by itself, is a rather poor ph downer - its breakdown in soil is pretty quick and your ph will return to equilibrium with 24 hours - use a real ph downer like the EarthJuice you got for effective ph control.

If you use a good organic medium, and distilled water you should never have a problem.

Gramps,
thats all I can afford right now (WHITE VINEGAR) check my ph before any release of any water in my tray. Good luck so far......:sun2:also WTH: I'm going 2 add lemon a couple X's to lower my Ph also. Then I heard & might try to foliage feed with Honey? idk???:character0025:
