I just moved was wondering about outdoor in FL,when to plant/when too harvast?I grow mainly indicas.Would I be better off in a pot or in the ground? Thanks in advance.

I've never lived in Florida but I would say you could go ahead & put em out now. If your soil is sandy & I assume it is I would either use pots (you can move em if your threatened) or dig holes & replace the soil with rich soil mix. Good Luck bro!

I put mine in the ground, but there is good dirt around here. Now is the time to be planting. Harvest will be Late September thru October.

Thanks for the replies.scrapiron, that strange the same finishing times as NH,MASS,MAINE?I guess that means HUGE plants,4 month veg. Thanks again & stay safe!!

Personally I would wait for atleast 13 full hours of sunlight before planting. Don't want any to think its time to flower.

If there seedlings they are not gonna "think its time to flower" but if you were setting out an indoor plant I would be careful.

Yea, New York is already at 13 hours of light. Florida is at about 12h 40minutes light. But it gains 3 to 4 minutes everyday. So late next week everyone will be on at least 13 hours light. Like Kenny said, not really a factor though. By the time you germinate seeds and they sprout, everyone will be well past 13 hours light.
