First year growing outdoors. This is an experiment for me. I unfortunately cant just plant anywhere in the backyard so I've got to keep them some what hidden. Any advice or suggestions on how to keep them growing. Also Google says blue dream but would love for some info as to what strain this is. Thank you

Pretty plant! I couldn't tell you specific strain but it definitely has strong sativa traits. I'm a newbie so I don't want to give too much advice. All I can say is that if you can afford to maybe clear some of the surrounding plants, I'd at least get rid of the elephant ear or whatever plant that is that's touching it in the first picture. Also, if it's limited sunlight due to having to be concealed maybe just shake it off lightly after rainfall but sativa are generally more tolerant of a little moisture anyways. Good luck!

Thank you. I haven't transplanted it in the ground yet. I definitely need to clear some of the brush away but still need to keep it somewhat hidden. The elephant ear looking leaf is part of the pumpkin plants that took OVER my yard this year. Lol

Im fairly new to growing as well , i had a similar plant scenario in the beginning... Near a shed with the elephant ears ... Total stealth ..

Definitely do what @keepthelandraces said ... Clear out some room for it. Get the grass away , leafy plants like Elephant ears can shade them rather quick . But is generally a good awesome area where soil is great ! I find anyway.

Definitely is a sativa !
Good luck ! Happy growing.
