Plant growth size need for me

Hi guys long time reader but never posted a question till now. I'm going to build a self standing grow room. My question is will a 2x2 area be enough for a one plant? I'm going to build 12 bays for planting. I will use a spider 1000 that has a flowering coverage of 2x2.

How tall is the 2x2?
Ive had 3, a 24x24x60 and 2- 27x27x63, and in my opinion, they are okay for 1 plant under a scrog, but i prefer them for seeding/cloning. If i was going to go back to growing just 1 plant i would go with a 3x3 personally but i dont know what you have for space, funding, equipment, etc.

The 2x2 area is 10 feet tall.

I'm going to put one plant in each 2x2 area along with spiderfarmer 1000 which flower footprint of 2x2. I just got tried of large sativas a 4x4x60 tent.

I use a trellis net for sativas in a 48x48x80. Prolly only get 2 in there though.

I would fill it with clones in square pots, veg for a week or two, and then flower them. You'll have a bunch of big Spears in pots
